Create the event logs component view.
Part of parent issue: #4

Tasks

• Build virtualized Event Feed component to process large event lists.
• Build slide-out detail Drawer showing raw JSON trace fields.

Acceptance Criteria

• Renders lists up to 10k messages without page lag or frame drop.
• Drawer is responsive and formats JSON templates correctly.
