5 branches merged into master with no cleanup (claude/questionfeed-count-diagnosis-inqvoq-followup, worktree-catalog-completion-part2, worktree-local-printing-id-pilot, worktree-ocr-normalization-fix, worktree-queue-question-feed) plus 7 branches whose PR merged (#93, #98, #97, #92, #107, #26, #115). Owner approval 2026-07-19: worktree-finish-upstream-460 joins this pass as the 13th entry (classification + full evidence: #141 — superseded; fix is patch-identical to PR #20's, lessons.md note verbatim on master; --base precondition already verified empty). Local ref cleanup (executing worktree's shared repo object DB only): local branches existed for #2, #3, #4, #5, #11, #13. git branch -D succeeded for #2, #3, #4 (not checked out anywhere). #5 (worktree-queue-question-feed), #11 (worktree-pilot-fastfollows), #13 (worktree-finish-upstream-460) each errored — "Cannot delete branch ... checked out at ..." — because another worktree on this box currently has that branch checked out. Per the hard limits (no --force of any kind), these three local refs were left in place; the branches no longer exist on origin, so those worktrees are simply running detached from a remote that's gone until someone cleans them up separately. WORKERS.md had no active rows for these paths at sweep time.

Recovery: every remote branch is recoverable from its tip SHA above via git push origin <SHA>:refs/heads/<branch> for as long as the SHA remains reachable in this local clone / GitHub's internal object retention.

Not closing this issue — leaving for owner review per the standing convention.
