What enhancement would you like to see?
Currently, it seems that mainline versions of SaveMii have some unwanted behavior regarding common files. This can result in games like Nintendo Land and Game & Wario becoming unplayable; judging by a quick search in the Homebrew discord, this is an issue that arises semi-frequently.
From what I can tell, w3ir's fork of SaveMii has safer behavior around these games that mitigates these issues. As such, it might be better to link to this fork from the guide instead.
Any other details to share? (OPTIONAL)
I've not spent a ton of time in the homebrew scene, so I don't know if this fork is considered the "standard" release at this point. If it isn't, then an inline warning about messing with common save data might do the trick.
If this change is made in Pretendo's guide, then it'll probably need to be made in the 'Finalizing Setup' section of wiiu.hacks.guide as well.
