Steps to reproduce

i dont know actually how i get it but when i was trying to install my python extensions then i render this issue so kindly resolve it

Expected behavior

its running my code but after a great power shell line and thats a total dumb thing and i never encountered this type of issue in my vs code even i am using in sine 1 year

@sardarsaad807-svg Your issue report doesn't show the environment data, such as the version of PSReadLine you are using. I presume it's an old version of PSReadLine and recommend you upgrade to the latest v2.4.5 of PSReadLine, as the issue is likely fixed in the newer versions. You can follow the instructions in https://github.com/PowerShell/PSReadLine?tab=readme-ov-file#installation-and-upgrading.
