Internal CLR error on PS7.5.2

Exception report

No matter what I do, simply having this in my C:\Program Files\PowerShell\7\Modules causes any PS 7.x terminal I open to throw an Internal CLR Error even if running NoProfile.

I have to physically delete this module out of that directory in order for PS7 to run.

I have tried downgrading PS7.5.2 to lower levels of PS 7, running no profile, removing and reimporting/saving the module.  It always throws this error if I have it installed.

Since downgrading didn't work, I tried installing v2.4.3-beta3 and that works...

@actuarysailor Thanks for reporting the issue.

This is my first time seeing such a report. The stack trace indicates that the failure happens during assembly loading in .NET runtime. This error (0x80131506) often points to memory corruption or other low-level problems within the CLR itself, which can occur due to various reasons.

There is no action we can take from the PSReadLine side, so I will close this issue. But I'm happy that the v2.4.3-beta3 PSReadLine worked for you.
