[Bug]: Consent review panel should collapse when you go into full mode

What happened?

When you click on Full View on the consent review panel you get the full view, great, but the side panel should collapse again as you get 2 sets of duplicate info

@LinkeD365 I was actually on the fence about even doing a full view or not and what value does it provide, thoughts on that?

I like the scale of the full panel, prefer it to the rest. Aligns with the other "seetttings" panels (mcp, settings) so I would prefer the full panel only
