From the recent Polymer SSR talks, it seems Rendertron should help for this.

I would actually really like to build such a SSR Polymer app. But the guys from Google have already built on the CSR version, so they're way out front on this. But if no one replies to this issue, I'm gonna start exploring possibilities in the next week.
