Upload file question type for Questionnaire

Ah. So you are asking for a new question type that would require a user to upload a file.
It is possible, but only by coding a new question type.

I believe it looks near to being accepted but that is ultimately the decision of @mchurchward.

We have installed the latest Questionnaire but there is no File upload question type available. What have we missed? Please advice and then hopefully this ticket can be closed. And thank you so much for your work @lucaboesch @mchurchward @srobotta

The file type was merged three weeks ago. You would have to wait for a new release or use the MOODLE_500_STABLE from the repository. The latest release (that you have installed, judging your screenshot) is from November 25.

@mchurchward since the merge has been done, I assume that this issue can be closed.
