Keep header visible

When generating a table from CSV, add a feature that keeps the header containing column names visible. The functionality should be similar to 'freeze top row' in excel. This is helpful when there are 100+ columns and it'll save time scrolling back up.

I know this is a dead issue but with VSCode's latest updates if you remove the first (separator) line generated then the headers will follow you as you scroll.

Is it possible to add this as an option?

I saw the extension has a "Markdown Format" setting which omits the first separator line (as well as every other separator line).

And that works with the VSCode sticky scroll automatically
