I turn ideas into businesses – and increasingly, AI-native ones. For 15+ years I've worked at the intersection of business design, technology commercialisation and innovation leadership, delivering 500+ projects with startups, university spin-outs, research teams, industrial companies and public-sector organisations. In recent years I've taken the same work into AI: building agent-based systems and AI-native products myself, not just advising on them.

Member of the leadership team and close operating partner to the CEO for seven years. Commercialised and platformised the Demola model; sold and shaped it for industry, universities and public organisations across Europe and Asia.
