Do I need BrotherScannerDocker if I already use paperless-ngx and have a FTP server links with it? #62

Sorry for this newbie question. I never manage a network scanner before. Do I need BrotherScannerDocker if I already use paperless-ngx and have a FTP server links with it? Since I already use paperless-ngx, I think I don't need BrotherScannerDocker's GUI. My imaginary workflow: Users go to the scanner -> Scan to Network -> Upload to FTP server -> Digest by paperless-ngx automatically -> User check results from paperless-ngx Do I miss anything from the above workflow? Do I get any benefits if I use BrotherScannerDocker? Thanks. |

In this case, you don't need it. I don't have the option to scan to FTP server from the buttons on my scanner. If that is an option with your scanner, you do not require this tool. |
