RPM spec file should install a sysusers file in %{_sysusersdir} that creates the virtuoso user and group.

Be explicit in the %files section.

Prefer using %dir for directories and explicitly listing the files owned by the RPM. Avoid entries such as:

%{_sysconfdir}/virtuoso

because this causes the RPM to own all files and subdirectories under that path recursively, including anything installed there during %install.
