Just saw that there is a new susceptibility correction method named SuCor, made by Sreekar Chigurupati and Eleftherios Garyfallidis. this method looks to be more efficient then FSL topup. the method was approved also by the people of Dipy that want to add an implementation of the method to their library also.

based on the preprint https://arxiv.org/abs/2603.16758 they shorten the time from tens of minutes for each subject to a few seconds. i think this a great method to consider to add to the preprocessing.
