[Feature] - ISO Mounting Handling not intuitive

Describe the feature

Currently, handling ISO images mounted through the VM configuration is not very intuitive.

It would be easier if attached CD-ROM drives without any media inserted were also shown in the Disk view. This would make it clear that the CD-ROM drive already exists and that users only need to mount or unmount ISO media.

The current implementation can mislead even technical users into attaching and detaching CD-ROM drives instead of simply mounting or unmounting ISO images.

Use Case

This is used when setting up a VM where the operating system installer is provided as an ISO image.
Mounting and unmounting ISO images is an everyday VM management task, so the workflow should be as clear and discoverable as possible.

Yeah, the empty-drive case is exactly where it trips people up. The disk view already treats cdrom rows as ISO-aware once media is attached — there's a Change ISO / eject action right on the row — but an empty CD-ROM drive doesn't surface as its own obvious "mount here" target, so people reach for add/remove-drive instead. Making an empty drive show up as a first-class mount slot is reasonable polish, noted it down.
