Implement functionalities to detect bots and fake accounts

To solve this issue we need to:

1. Understand how the algorithm botomer works (https://github.com/IUNetSci/botometer-python)
2. Create a module to contain all of our bot and fake accounts detection functions
3. Implement a function that given a twitter profile return if the account is fake, bots, or real.
