Feature Description

Create a Python-based sandbox that demonstrates the "Veto" logic based on the K-B-D constant. The script should block output if the calculated Subject Weight falls below 0.85.

Proposed Implementation

Python 3.10+, simple CLI tool, JSON input.

This implements a Core Logic ID (Weight 1.0) as defined in METRICS.md.
