Avoid normalization in LFO when parameters are zero

There is a possibility for parameters lfo_sin, lfo_tri,lfo_saw,lfo_rsaw, and lfo_sqr to all be zero during optimization. This leads to NaNs in the normalization and audio, which is easily avoidable.
