Feature request: add Telegram support to Agent-Reach

Hello, and thanks for Agent-Reach.

I would like to request Telegram support as an additional channel in Agent-Reach.

Use case:

• Read public Telegram channel posts
• Search channel messages
• Extract metadata from Telegram posts/links
• Optionally support private chats with user-provided session/cookies if needed

Why this would be useful:

• Telegram is a major information source for communities, news, and technical groups.
• Adding Telegram would make Agent-Reach more complete as a multi-platform internet access layer for AI agents.

Suggested implementation ideas:

• Add a Telegram channel adapter similar to the existing platform connectors.
• Support public channel scraping/reading first.
• Optionally integrate with Telegram bot API or a user session-based approach for richer access.
• Provide a doctor check to verify Telegram setup status.

If Telegram support is not planned, it would still be helpful to know:

• Whether there is a technical reason it was excluded
• Whether a community contribution would be welcome
• What architecture would be preferred for a Telegram adapter
