PICXO_FRACXO IP can not found

In the 4.1 release project of FPGA, the default APP "PandABox-fmc_lback-sfp_lback" in the CONFIG file can be compiled successfully. However, when switching to other APPs such as "PandABox-fmc_24vio", the compilation will report that "PICXO_FRACXO" does not exist. "PICXO_FRACXO" seems to be an external IP. There is an IP with a same name but a lower version in the Vivado 2023.2 IP Repository. Why not use this IP in the Vivado 2023.2 IP Repository?

I note though that the download link is now providing a newer version (v44_0), compared to what we were using before (v40_6).
Yes, I had seen that the IP is now included in Vivado from v2023 onwards, but we have not had chance to test this. It is not clear if it is an older version in the Vivado repo, or whether they just use different version numbering compared to the XAPP download. I agree it would be best to use the Vivado built-in version going forward, provided it works okay.

Note also that you can also build without PICXO if you don't require it. Just add !picxo to the options field in the app.ini and remove PICXO_FRACXO from https://github.com/PandABlocks/PandABlocks-FPGA/blob/3b572939a386ee7f29d4f1449cf3ae7bb0a5af78/modules/sfp_panda_sync/sfp_panda_sync.block.ini#L8
