Custom battery limit, gpu tgp set(also cpu tdp) and windows version.

As i stated above there are some improvements which will be useful for fine tune our system.

1. Custom battery limit must be achievable especially over 80%. I did on my phone with small tricks(via macrodroid) and i can easily set my battery limit between 70-100%.
2. Gpu tdp is changing with different power profiles. I want to set especially gpu tdp for fine tune heat, power and fan noise. Cpu tdp set will also very beneficial for same reasons. My laptop model comes with inadequate power supply and if i don't fine tune tdp's than my battery drops while gaming. I can set my cpu tdp uxtu on windows but not easy alternative on linux and it will be really convenient if these settings available on damx.
3. If it is possible please create a windows supported version. It is a really good alternative to nitrosense.
4. There is a discussion about custom fan curve and if it is implemented it will be very good day to day usage.
5. I am not sure about this if it is possible but i want to persistently turn off my keyboard backlight after reboot. I want it to open when i need to but after every boot it lights again and it is annoying.
   Thanks for your work and it is really useful. Before this program my fan curve was really aggressive on daily use after using this it works like on windows.
