Add Fabric chaincode samples

There are no sample related to Fabric chaincode in Wasm-samples

Could add defects in normal code，e.g fabric-samples and watch the results.

I have downloaded the fabric-samples repo, and I tried to compile the basic sample. To be specific, the commands are listed below:

cd fabric-samples-main/asset-transfer-basic/application-go/
tinygo build -target=wasi -opt=0 -scheduler=none -gc=none -o ./assetTransfer.wasm ./assetTransfer.go

However, after retrieving several packages, the error is raised:

After searching for the reason, it seems like the problem resulted from the spew package or the reflect. Ref-link-1.

Thus I need @ChenhuaYang's help to pass the compilation process, and recheck if the compilation under the application-go folder, instead of chaincode-go or application-gateway-go, is correct and meets the project's requirements.
