Goal

Translate the no-key quick start into one language while preserving commands, privacy boundaries, and support links.

Fixture

Run every command with the packaged synthetic demo. Do not translate by adding a hosted service, telemetry, API key, or private example.

Acceptance criteria

• State Python 3.10+, make setup, make run, the local URL, and storyboard demo --bundle accurately.
• Explain that local is the default and provider selection is explicit.
• Link Security, Support, the benchmark, and the English canonical README.
• Keep code blocks byte-equivalent to working canonical commands.
• A native speaker or second reviewer checks clarity before merge.
