Hi there, Other countries are already planned (see roadmap and issue #21. In the settings menu there are three pacing modes: relaxed, standard, and fast. Relaxed is currently as slow as you can go - I think that runs at 10x realtime speed (I.E. 10 game minutes takes 1 real minute). The hazard speed is all part of the simulation - it's based on your ingame visibility and fatigue levels, as it would be when driving in real life. Not sure how you could make that more accessible without removing realism. I totally understand why you might ask for it though. Maybe we could have an accessibility sensor type thing that catches a hazard 2 seconds before you see it? Dunno, just an idea. |

Feature Requests: Map Expansion & Accessibility Improvements
First of all, thank you for developing this game. It's great to have a truck simulator that is designed with blind players in mind. I've really been enjoying it, and I have a few suggestions that I think could make it even better while still giving players more choices.
1. Expand the map to include parts of Canada and Mexico
Many truck simulator games based in the United States also include a few cities in Canada and Mexico. It would be great if this game could eventually include some cross-border destinations as well. Even a limited number of cities would add more variety and make long-haul trucking feel more immersive.
2. Optional realistic distance progression
Currently, the kilometers pass by very quickly. While I understand that this helps keep trips shorter, I would appreciate having an option to choose how quickly distance progresses.
For example,:
This would let each player choose the gameplay style they enjoy most.
3. Accessibility option for longer hazard response time
The game sometimes presents sudden hazards, such as animals crossing the road or stagnant water that requires immediate action. These events can require very quick reactions. It would be helpful to have an accessibility option that increases the amount of time players have to respond to these situations. This would benefit players who cannot react as quickly while allowing those who prefer the current challenge to keep the existing behavior.
