HitBTC and Binance: Rest API and WebSocket services have been updated

This application is currently built to work with HitBTC's V2 API services which have been deprecated.
Therefore, this application is not compatible with HitBTC until updated.
In addition, the Binance WebSocket service has been updated, and this application needs to be updated to be compatible with the changes.
