In the current code, the manner as the titles are done is hardcoded. For example, there is no simple fix to change a "Theorem 1.1 (My Theorem)" to "Theorem 1.1: My Theorem". Perhaps create a manner to call directly title-format or anything similar via #let theorem = theorem.with().
