Add note about sync delay to the bottom of files screen

When a user is on the project files screen, show a note on the bottom of the screen that informs and reminds the user that changes usually show up after 60 seconds. It could also include a link to a video on how to trigger a force sync.

Ideally, this comes after adding the force sync for the home folder.
