Remove line saying 'Tags: , ,'

Each expanded session item has a useless line saying Tags: , , This line serves no purpose and irritates the user. It should be removed.

If any tags are set, they will be displayed here, which makes sense. The problem is, the line is even displayed for a set of empty tags. The backend makes a set of empty tags if nothing is entered.

We should probably change the backend to not generate empty tags like <"tags":["","",""],> but instead <"tags":[],> and the frontend should not display the line, unless there are tags.

Alternatively we can check the length of each tag to be non-zero and only display the line if there are actual tags.
