Pfc_print and Pfc_printimmediate did not work

Changes with CodePlex Issue #9586 (new Pre & Post Print Events) has side effects with message router.

Agree we had to remove the calls to pre and post events. Not really sure how those would be used anyway in the way the print is currently designed in pfc.
