Follow up to #6280.
@ngx-translate/core and @ngx-translate/http-loader were not updated with the new angular release because there where problems.
After updating the libraries and doing the necessary changes it was not possible to open e.g. the motion/assignment/topic lists. A circular dependency error was thrown.
