Right click, Send to-> Compressed (zipped) folder issue

Using the Right click, Send to-> Compressed (zipped) folder context menu does not result in the creation of a archive file. I noticed this behavior begin after updating my machine to Win 11.

Yes and I realize I forgot to create the issue.. Confirming @mbeilste's issue, we did some testing and it works fine in Windows 10 but not any Windows 11 machine we tested. I've since fallen back to using Alt+F5 to zip selected files which has been a fine workaround.
