Extremely unicode supporting!

Could developer Jan Rysavy improve this project to support unicode filename displayable and accessible. I like the quick rename function and context menu of salamander instead of total commander. But unicode filename and folder usually make me crazy.

Firstly, I so happy that guys could delivery new update of programs soon, and I really happy that firstly open the unicode file name working smoothly. It's much better than the old version.
The unicode filename is working normally but the unicode folder not working normally. Please check some file folder name or file name values that you can can test like: You can copy and paste when create folder/file name for testing.

For those following this — my fork Sally has Unicode filename support (display, rename, copy/move, drag-and-drop). As of v1.0.8, all releases also ship with language packs for 10 languages across x64, x86, and ARM64.
