Deleting a train package don't delete it until refresh

What happened?

If you delete a train package, it doesn't delete it in front until refresh

What did you expect to happen?

After the warning message, the trains must be deleted without refresh

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

1. Open Horizon
2. Import a package from a catalog
3. Delete the catalog
4. See that the trains don't disappear
