hourly patterns: can drag trains below 00:00 on the STD #18412

Description

@hhirtz

What happened?

On the STD, dragging a train so that its start time is (visually) negative triggers a 500 error

What did you expect to happen?

either

  • the frontend must % pattern_duration the start time when updating from a STD drag n drop
  • ideally the editoast error status should be 400 instead of 500

or:

  • editoast must accept start times outside the hourly pattern duration and modulo them before saving the train schedule in DB

in my opinion the first option is the way to go

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

  • Enable the hourly pattern frontend feature flag
  • Create a hourly pattern scenario in operational studies
  • Create a train schedule (which should by default start at 00:00)
  • Drag the train schedule to the left
