EEPROM/APROM not working for NUC131

I am trying to read and write data for internal EEPROM/APROM of NUC131 uno board using the provided example, but after going through the library it looks like it is reading and writing to an external EEPROM.

How to configure APROM to work as data flash for storing the data at run time just like EEPROM
