Add BatchTopK variant to 02_explorer

Currently 02_explorer_qwen35_4b_kaggle uses standard TopK. Fork it as 25_explorer_qwen35_4b_batchtopk.ipynb using BatchTopK (see 12_batchtopk_vs_topk for the SAE class). Compare final var_exp to the TopK baseline.
