Wikimaps Warper has 2226 rectified historical maps it doesn't make sense to manually add each of those to the index as sources.
Potentially we could add this is a source which still outputs to imagery.json, but not sure if that's a good idea.
Need to think about how this should work in iD and JOSM UIs as well.
