Good news!
Since the Web Serial API was recently added to Firefox version 151, you can use the serial interface of Gamma MCA directly from Firefox from now on!
On a side note, Chrome for Android also added support for the Web Serial API directly, so Web USB is no longer needed, and it should work a lot better with a wider range of devices on mobile too 🥳
