As part of #23 we would like to be able to add compute "tags" to specific Tasks that would allow compute services to filter for only Tasks with a given set of tags.
This issue is intended as a subissue of #23 designed to break the resultant work into manageable chunks.
This will aid de-bugging of tasks and high-priority assignment of user-specified tasks to local resources.
