Find and use alternative to `grolt` for test suite

grolt is a leftover from the now defunct py2neo project, and we are currently dependent on the Datryllic fork for keeping the test suite alive.

We would like to find an alternative Docker interface for python that we can use instead of grolt, then remove grolt from our testing dependencies.
