Facetime shows blank screen and no audio

All other features work fine; I can send and receive messages and be part of group chats. Can you please help?

Yea same when I call the user the moment they answer they get disconnected and I end up being the only one in the call alone

And when they call me and I answer the same happens I'm alone in the call

It urgently needs to be fixed please I can't live without FaceTime!!,

This recently started happening to me too. When I had first installed OpenBubbles a couple months ago, Facetime had been working.

I tried everything from clearing my FaceTime handles to completely wiping OpenBubbles and doing the setup all again. Nothing worked, even with a VPN too.

And yes FaceTime originally used to work for me but all of a sudden it just stopped working when I needed it most

this seems to be a persisting issue, at a guess it may have something to do with the other participants being on new iOS versions. both contacts ive tried are on 26 or newer. not had the chance to try FaceTime with someone on iOS lower than 26.
I did find it interesting that even though I pressed video call, that on their end they saw my contact as FaceTime audio calling.
I do hope this gets resolved soon, may family uses iOS but I like the freedom that id android.
look forward to seeing this resolved.
