fix: resolve 52 npm audit vulnerabilities (66 → 14 remaining)

Ran npm audit fix to address critical, high, and moderate dependency
vulnerabilities. Remaining 14 require breaking changes in LangChain/uuid
and will be addressed in a follow-up.
