Use Discussions for anything that is not a defect:
- Build help and "is this normal?"
- Parts sourcing and substitutions
- Designing a behavioural task on the platform
- Showing what you built
Discussions are searchable, so an answer helps the next lab with the same problem. Questions asked privately by email help only one person.
Open an issue in the repository that owns the material — see CONTRIBUTING.md for which is which. Include your hardware revision and the guide step or file involved.
Open-BEATBox is maintained by a small research team alongside their own experiments. Expect days rather than hours, and longer during teaching terms and conference season. This is not a commercial support channel.
