Code of Conduct

Our pledge

We want participation in ASDD to be a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

Our standards

Examples of behaviour that contributes to a positive environment:

  • Using welcoming and inclusive language.
  • Respecting differing viewpoints and experiences.
  • Accepting constructive feedback gracefully.
  • Focusing on what is best for the project and community.

Examples of unacceptable behaviour:

  • Harassment, insults, derogatory comments, or personal/political attacks.
  • Publishing others' private information without permission.
  • Misrepresenting AI-agent work as human-authored (or vice versa). Disclosure is a core norm of this project; deliberately defeating it is a conduct violation, not a style issue.
  • Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting.

Enforcement

Maintainers are responsible for clarifying and enforcing these standards and will take appropriate, fair corrective action in response to unacceptable behaviour.

Report concerns privately to the maintainers at conduct@onehill.org. All reports will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly. Maintainers must respect the privacy and security of the reporter.

Attribution

This Code of Conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant, version 2.1, with an added clause on AI-agent disclosure specific to ASDD.
