I cannot install the package in my Xamarin.Forms project.

Here is the error I get:

.17 was retargeted as a netstandard1.4 project, using multi-targeting to eliminate the need for the per-platform nugets. I think it works to set a framework fallback/imports, but I'm not somewhere that I can try that right now.
