MASTG-TEST-0253 maybe wrong Evaluation

MASTG-TEST-0253 is the dynamic counterpart to MASTG-TEST-0252.
But the Evaluations are different.

In MASTG-TEST-0252:

The test fails if:
setJavaScriptEnabled is explicitly set to true.
setAllowFileAccess is explicitly set to true (or not used at all when minSdkVersion < 30, inheriting the default value, true).
Either setAllowFileAccessFromFileURLs or setAllowUniversalAccessFromFileURLs is explicitly set to true (or not used at all when minSdkVersion < 16, inheriting the default value, true).

In MASTG-TEST-0253:

The test fails if all of the following are true:
AllowFileAccess is true.
AllowFileAccessFromFileURLs is true.
AllowUniversalAccessFromFileURLs is true.

The Attack Scenario for MASTG-TEST-0252 matches the Evaluation for MASTG-TEST-0252.
So, the Evaluation for MASTG-TEST-0253 is incorrect.
If the Evaluation for MASTG-TEST-0253 is not incorrect, an explanation is required in MASTG-TEST-0253.
