Module can not be installed with gittio

The docs say that the module can be installed with gittio, like:

$ gittio install de.ortinteractive.navwindow

but that says the module can't found. Additionally, it isn't visible on the website:

http://gitt.io/search?q=de.ortinteractive.navwindow

Is this a bug in TiAdvancedNavWindow or gittio?
