Forward (copy in body, not relay) mail

I've got by without forwarding until now by using 'reply' & then changing the recipient.

(Related is sending a follow-up email to a sent one, and having to switch sender/recipient back manually.)

However that doesn't work when there's no text/plain alternative, since that's currently all that's used in reply bodies. Perhaps that should change, but need to be able to forward the entire body unaltered either way.
