On hover over a specific tag in list or read view, it would be nice I think if an 'x' appeared in the corner, s.t. on click the tag would be removed.
Perhaps a similar '+' could appear to add a new tag... but inherently that couldn't be on hover over an existing tag, just the whole row, so that might be annoying. Perhaps only in the reader pane, on hover over the area containing tags?
