I am confused what the function of the package is.

Can I provide a cohort id and have this package describe it for me (like Herakles?)

Agreed it would be helpful to know how this package relates to Hydra, WebAPI, and rest of the OHDSI tool stack. The package vignette only contains boilerplate.
