ability to select and then move multiple inclusion rules simultaneously?

is there a way to allow the user to select and move multiple inclusion rules to the bottom of the list of inclusion rules on the page? often times I need to move to several [N] rules to the bottom of the list and individually selecting them and moving each is inefficient. If this can be done it would save time. Thank you in advance for considering.

There does look like an extension to the drag-drop capability to support multi-select. Need to do research but here's a demo that Atlas code is based on:

The challenge is getting the knockout binding to work, there is a discussion on this here:
rniemeyer/knockout-sortable#93

I'll keep an eye on this and incorporate it in to Atlas when it becomes available.
